Bio

Jordan Braverman is a professional Support Operations, Customer Support Specialist, Audio Engineer, Editor, Mixer, and Studio Assistant operating in the Boulder, CO area.

Jordan is currently a Support Quality and Operations Specialist for global Software as a Service (SaaS) organization. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to research and create the internal and external knowledge base. Facilitate identification and sharing of firm-wide, department, and team best practices, and the operationalization of applicable lessons learned. Assist in identifying training needs for existing and new employees. Identify critical KPI’s and lead continuous improvement of metrics.

Jordan attended Ithaca College and received a B.M. in Sound Recording Technology under the direction of Alex Perialas (Metallica, Anthrax), Brian Dozoretz (Tony Bennett, Interpol), and Michael Caporizzo (The Roots, Frankie Valli).
